• We gather this information and create a "Buyer Profile" which will be shared with agents that YOU select. This will help agents better understand you unique needs!

• Once you have created your Buyer Profile, we'll use our AI Algorithm Matching Tool to make a few agent recommendations based on your preferences and agent expertise. 
• Choose from our recommended agents OR review our network independently and compare multiple agent profiles that you think fit your needs. 
• You are in control to choose for yourself!

• Once you have your short list of agents that you want to work with, we encourage you to interview each short listed agents to ensure that they're a good fit for your needs.
• And don't worry, we have message templates built in to help you initiate the conversation!

• After you've interviewed your top agents and you've found the one that's right for you, Buyer Buddy will help document the Exclusive Representation Agreement between you and the agent.
